This is a comprehensive contract where TECHEWARE will replace all parts on Computers and Printers that are deemed faulty. Depending on the size of the contract, TECHEWARE also provides on – site full time Resident Engineers whom report to the customer’s premises on a 9 – 5 basis to handle all complaints. On – site back up Servers, PC’s and Printers are also provided to minimize the turn around time for the customer. Asset management for all Computers, Printers as well as software is supported/updated by TECHEWARE’s engineers. Servicing of equipment is also provided three times a year as well as monthly call logging reports.
